Led the design and implementation of a new physician compensation model for 40 primary care practices in the Boston area.

Competitor Intelligence

Organized and led the competitor intelligence function at Kaiser Permanente’s national headquarters. Prepared the competition reports for the Board of Directors.

Conceived and launched “Market Pulse”, a competitor intelligence newsletter for Kaiser Permanente leaders across the country.

Management Reporting

Created FTE reporting system with trends, drill-down capabilities, and overtime tracking.

Led the development of SQL-based Reporting Data Warehouse for Boston Medical Center’s Finance department which resulted in weekly volume reports for clinical and administrative leadership across the hospital

Redesigned volume reporting at Boston Medical Center to shorten lag times from 2 weeks to under an hour.
